This is a Calendula officinalis, also known popularly as a Pot Marigold. This is a common flower in cool temperate climate, which is funny, given that i live in a tropical-ish region. Marigolds are annual herbs(they are cultivated in one season on a year) from the family of daisies (Asteraceae). They are generally yellow or orange(yellow picture was taken too) but rarely they could have two colours(I'd love to see them one day)!

Silverleafed princess flower is a full sun lover grown in moist, fertile and well-drained soils
Plumeria alba, also known as West Indian jasmine is an Angiospermae(plant that bears flowers or/and fruits) and it's widely planted in tropical regions worldwide. A fun fact is that i found this single one in grass, with no others around, I wonder how that end up there haha :P.
